Mixed Media Art & Mosaics

Explore the exciting world of mixed media art and mosaics! We’ll delve into the ancient world of glass mosaics as we design and create a mosaic garden stone or ceramic pot. Learn how to plan and execute your own design, considering positive and negative space, working with colorful glass and tiles, and finishing with grout. For our final project, we’ll create whimsical mixed media mosaics and sculptures using found objects and recycled materials.

Who Should Register 

This course is for incoming fourth and fifth graders.
